Earlham Primary School

We know that during lockdown many of our children have been mainly reading online, and at our Tea with Teachers you told us that you are missing reading real books, so we have come up with an innovative way to ensure every child has a book to read over the summer. 

We're not able to send books home as we can't sanitise them all on return, so we have partnered with Newham Bookshop to deliver a free book to every one of our 460 pupils. These are being delivered by Newham Cyclists, a local cycling campaigning group.

Over the summer children will write a review of their book to share with their friends in September.
